Less influencer, more insider.
Let me build you something human. A trip designed around how you need it to feel, whether that’s the girls’ reunion you’ve been putting off for years or a week away when you have all of the budget and none of the time. I do the research, then I tell you what I’d book.
One property or several, with perks where the property offers them. If I know a good guide or a dinner nearby, I’ll pass it along. No itinerary.
No feeOne destination, planned as much or as little as you want, from a hotel and a few places to eat to every day mapped out. Honeymoons and anniversaries usually land here.
$350More than one stop, or more than a few people. That includes two weeks off the grid and a 40th for twenty. Priced by stops and group size.
from $550For people who travel often and want one person on it, work or personal. I work with you or your assistant on the hotels and dinners, and I’m reachable while you’re on the road. Per trip, or a yearly retainer if you travel a lot.
$1,500 / tripOffsites and incentive trips for a team, planned down to who sits where at dinner.
QuotedEvents like F1 and the Olympics, and private guides in places with no booking page.
QuotedI normally charge a design fee. On your first trip with me, I waive it.
Hotels and villas cost you nothing. Half the fee is due when we start, half when you get the first copy of your trip presentation. Fees are separate from the cost of the trip. Bookings are made through Fora Travel, which is how the upgrades and credits happen.
If yours isn’t here, ask me on the first call.
Then I’ll phone a Fora friend. I know a lot of places well, and I’m part of a community of advisors with their own specialties. If your trip needs knowledge I don’t have, I’ll work with someone who does, or introduce you if they’re the better fit. I’ll be upfront about it.
Not for a hotel or villa. You pay nothing and the perks come with it. Trips I design have a fee, and I waive it on your first trip with me. After that it’s half when we start and half when you get the first copy of your trip presentation.
Usually early check-in and a room upgrade when they have one, often with a resort or dining credit. Hotels know Fora, so at many of them you’re flagged as a VIP guest before you arrive. It varies by property, and we’ll go through what’s on the table when we design the trip.
A few, not ten. Each one comes with the reason I picked it, and I’ll tell you which one I’d book.
Yes, and they’ve become most of what I do. People want to spend time together, and a house with a chef is the easiest way to make that happen. I’ve planned twenty people in one villa for four days, with everything settled before anyone lands.
Extremely. She flies Delta and insists on the window. She vets the pet-friendly places personally, and there’s a difference between pet-friendly and pet-tolerant. If you travel with a dog, I have a list.
